What's the difference between the Search Pass and a subscription?
The Search Pass is a one-time charge that unlocks Plus for a bounded window — ideal because most people want the edge while they're actively looking, not forever. If you'd rather keep it ongoing, monthly and annual subscriptions are there too. Either way you get the exact same features.
Can I have more than one membership?
Yes. Plus is for your renting side and Host Pro / Operator are for your hosting side — a member who both rents and hosts can hold both. Operator already includes everything in Host Pro, so you never need both of those.
How does Operator pricing work?
Running one or two units is free — the normal host dashboard covers you. Once you scale to three or more units it's a flat $49/month (or $490/year) for unlimited units, with no per-door math.
Do you take a cut of my rent?
Never — there's no commission, at any rent. Listing, matching and signing are free. Once rent is actually flowing, collecting it costs the host a flat $29 a month for that room (or 3% of the rent, whichever is smaller), and the first month collects free. Renters pay their rent and nothing on top, ever. The flat part matters: on a $3,000 room a property manager doing this work takes around $240 a month, and our price doesn't move.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel anytime from your account, and the one-time Search Pass simply expires — there's nothing to cancel. You can also pause a subscription instead of cancelling, which keeps your reputation and RentPass intact.
